RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
Products that you buy through our web shop are handmade.
The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.
Products that are not handmade, you as a buyer have the right to cancel the order up to 5 days after receipt.
If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product can be returned with all accessories supplied and in its original condition without signs of use. When these conditions are met and checked by us, the order amount due will be refunded to you within 14 days.
The buyer is responsible for returning products and shipping costs.

International shipping Due to Covid
Due to the limited number of flights and adapted local services, delivery is delayed in many countries. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery time. Of course we do everything we can to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible.
Tracking is not always possible outside Belgium. Please allow extra time.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are required by law and are the buyer's responsibility. In order to remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipments as "gifts".
From 2021, UK residents may be charged up to 20% VAT on receipt of their parcels, which we have no control over. If you live outside Belgium, make sure you understand your country's import laws.
Shipping costs and expected delivery time per country
The delivery time of orders to all other countries worldwide depends on the country of destination and is therefore variable. Our bags & tags are sent as letterbox mail, the delivery time depends on the delivery concerned.
*Note: this is the delivery time with the exception of Belgian Sundays and public holidays and including without delay at customs.
